Armando, owner & operator is fantastic! I’ve used his services multiple times and never disappointed. Recently he replaced over 6’ of corroded galvanized drain pipe (January 10, 2024) that has plagued my upstairs bath tub for over 15 years. With the use of a scoping camera, he was able to locate the area and verify remaining copper drain line was clear. Armando and his crew, Manny & Jessie had to open my downstairs ceiling removing the damage pipe. They professionally made the necessary repairs and cleaned up in a matter of hours. Called Caliber 1 out and Armondo showed up and did a total check at was going on as I thought I had a slab leak and was prepared to have to pay multiple thousands of dollars but Armondo found a relatively much simpler issue and repaired my issue in a short time for Much less than o expected a true and honest craftsman that I would recommend for any plumbing needs....Tom Thurston

I needed to replace my kitchen and bathroom faucet, in addition to the garbage disposal. There was a leakage and I needed fast service. I reached out to Mando from Caliber One Plumbing. He let me know what to get and made an appointment date and time. He was able to provide service in a timely manner, resolve the issue and communicated everything he was doing. I had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom that caused a bit of damage to my home. I reached out to Caliber One and Mondo was able to provide me some general pricing over the phone based off my own troubleshooting. The very next day a tech named Manny came out to further troubleshoot the problem and they had it all fixed for me. The service was great and the pricing was very fair. The Caliber One team were great. They did some extensive work and I felt well taken care of throughout the entire process. They kept me in the loop along the way, showing me all the problems, even possible future problems, and all the options we could do. They were incredibly knowledgeable and I knew I could trust them to get it done right and for a fair price.

These guys did 2 different inspections for me. They aren’t the cheapest or the fastest with the results but I haven’t and likely won’t use anyone else. They’re detailed and know what they’re doing and for that I was willing to pay the little extra to have them be the ones to do the job. They caught a major fix on a well and septic system on a home I was looking to purchase and saved me a lot of trouble and heartache. I used them for another inspection because I trusted them after that and they didn’t let me down!
